RESOLUTION

Program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
on countering HIV infection in Kyrgyz Republic for 2017-2021
To prevent spread of HIV infection in Kyrgyz Republic and in line with articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional law of Kyrgyz Republic “On the Government of Kyrgyz Republic”, the Government of Kyrgyz Republic has decided to:
1. Approve:
- the Program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on countering HIV infection in Kyrgyz Republic for 2017-2021 (hereinafter referred to as Program), as specified in Annex 1;
- Action plan to implement the Program (hereinafter referred to as Action plan), as specified in Annex 2;
- Program budget as specified in Annex 3;
- Matrix of monitoring and evaluation indicators for the Program as specified in Annex 4;
- Road map for transition to state funding of activities, related to countering HIV infection, as specified in Annex 5.
2. The Ministries, state committees, administrative agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, plenipotentiary representatives of the Government of Kyrgyz republic in the regions, local administrations and self-governance bodies
(as agreed) shall:
- accept the Action plan for execution;
- within one month develop and approve plan of activities for Program implementation;
- annually present information to the Ministry of healthcare of Kyrgyz Republic on the progress in implementation of Action plan, by the 1st day of the month, following the reporting period.
3. Ministry of healthcare of Kyrgyz Republic shall:
- take necessary measures, resulting from this resolution;
- annually, no later than by 25th of the month, following the reporting period, present a report on progress achieved in implementation of the Action plan to the Executive office of the Government of Kyrgyz Republic.
4. The Resolution of the Government of Kyrgyz Republic “On state program to stabilize HIV epidemics in Kyrgyz Republic for 2012-2016” of 29 December 2012, № 867 shall be repealed.
5. The Department of social development of the Executive office of the Government of Kyrgyz Republic is tasked with monitoring the execution of this resolution.
6. This resolution enters into force in 10 days after its official publication.
