CSOS Committee consists of 23 members:

- 9 members from the civil sector;
- 9 representatives of state structures;
- 5 representatives from international organizations.

Public sector:

- the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh;
- representatives of Executive authorities;
- other interested organizations based on state ownership.

Private sector organizations:

- representing the interests of women, youth, minorities, vulnerable groups;
- organizations and associations of people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis or malaria;
- international partner agencies;
international non-governmental organizations working in the Kyrgyz Republic and providing technical assistance in the fight against HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in other areas of health.

Determination and allocation of quotas between state and non-state sectors, was adopted at meetings of the Committee by a vote and approved by a simple majority of votes with the compulsory presence of all the members of the Committee.
