Kyrgyz delegation takes part in an international conference

Since December 9, the Kyrgyz delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Uluk-Bek Bekturganov has been taking part in the II international scientific and practical conference on countering new coronavirus infection and other infectious diseases.
This scientific and practical conference is held in St. Petersburg (Russian Federation) and is organized by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, St. Institute "Microbe" Rospotrebnadzor.
According to the organizers, during the conference, it is planned to discuss the following issues: epidemiology of a new coronavirus infection, projections and models, anti-epidemic measures, response, treatment; experience of international cooperation in the fight against COVID-19; molecular genetic characteristics of SARS-CoV-2, etc.
Also during participation in the conference, it is planned to make a speech by Deputy Minister U. Bekturganov, and his meeting with the director of Rospotrebnadzor A.Yu. Popova, where issues of bilateral cooperation will be discussed.
