Monitoring site visits continue
According to the approved plan of monitoring visits of the sector for the supervision of the Committee for Social Protection and Social Protection, site visits are continuing in the regions of the republic.
The purpose of monitoring the progress was to track the work and the manifestation of their effects, the impact of methodological assistance and preservation of observation of the retention of barriers to the implementation of grants, as well as tracking the process of borrowing a grant at the level of macroeconomic containment of funding, procurement, grant management, consumption, aid.
From 15 to 17 November, site visits were carried out in Chui, Issyk-Kul and Talas regions. Participants of the site visits visited the following organizations: NGO "Ishenim Nuru" eastern and western POU, NGO "ZIOM", Talas OCSP and OCBT, Talas FMC, PA "Ulukman Daryger" and the crisis center for women "Himaya", Issyk-Kul OCSP and OCBT.
During the monitoring, on the basis of non-governmental organizations, meetings were held with outreach workers, equal navigators, beneficiaries of services from key populations. Recommendations on the existing problems are given. The documentation on the accounting of medical devices was studied, the warehouse was examined for compliance with the storage conditions for medical devices, etc. Provided methodological assistance in working with key groups.
In state healthcare organizations, AIDS and TB services - keeping reporting and accounting documentation, inspected warehouses, compliance with storage conditions and shelf life of drugs and medical devices, availability of a stock of medicines and medical devices, laboratory work, compliance with sanitary regime, meetings with patients were held, conditions were examined, etc. .d.
A detailed report with the identified problems and recommendations will be presented at the meeting of the sector for supervision and the meeting of the KSPC committee upon completion of site visits throughout the republic.
