A new batch of Sinopharm vaccine in the amount of 1.25 million doses has arrived in Kyrgyzstan
On August 1, 2021, a new batch of Chinese Sinopharm vaccine against coronavirus infection in the amount of 1 million 250 thousand doses, purchased at the expense of the republican budget, was delivered to the Kyrgyz Republic.
The cargo was met at the airport by the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic Alymkadyr Beishenaliyev, he expressed gratitude to the People's Republic of China for the support provided in overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Ministry of Health and Social Development recommends that citizens get the vaccine and encourages them to wear masks.
It should be noted that at the beginning of July this year, on behalf of the leadership of the republic, 1 million 100 thousand doses of Chinese vaccine were purchased. In total, 2 million 350 thousand doses were purchased.
