Express testing for HIV in trains

According to Interfax: "the Russian Railways" jointly with the Ministry of Health launched the campaign for rapid testing for HIV. The trains will be hooked for additional specially-equipped car in which anyone will be able to pass the Express test for HIV and get a free consultation with a specialist.

The action will take place from 8 July to 20 October 2017. The action involves a train following in the regions with high incidence of HIV. Namely trains for the Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Samara, Sverdlovsk, Ulyanovsk region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

In April, Russia approved a list of reference federalnogo registry of HIV-infected and TB patients, data will be delivered within 3 days after detection of the fact of infection.
