• The Global Fund, COVID-19 and the Three diseases – an overview of the main discussions and decisions in this context during the Board meeting, a brief update on the actions taken so far by the Global Fund (including the Global Fund Response Mechanism, as well as flexible grant opportunities);

• Preliminary results of consideration of applications submitted in the first window, according to feedback received from the GF Technical Assessment Group (with a focus on applications from EECA countries);

• Partnership Forum and preparation of a new Global Fund strategy;

• Annual Report on Community, rights and gender – key findings and recommendations;

• Other important issues that were discussed and/or raised by the three Delegations before and during the Board meeting.

The webinar was organized by the Eurasian Harm Reduction Association within the framework of the EECA Regional Platform for Coordination and Communication project together with the Delegation of EECA countries, as well as NGO Delegations from developed and developing countries on the Board of the Global Fund.
