Visiting the final meeting of the Committee of CSOS 29 June 2017 in the city of Cholpon-ATA

The Committee on HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, summarized the results for the first half of 2017 at the meeting held on 29 June 2017.

According to the agenda of the meeting were heard the speech of the Chairman of the Committee of CSOS Gorina O. V. on the achievements over the past six months. Gorin, O. V. noted the successful integration of CCM in CSOS that can solve such problems as the existence of parallel and duplicative structures to the coordination of measures to combat HIV and TB and the need for a unified coordination mechanism with high-level decision-making.

Sector coordinator the proposal development, resource mobilization and harmonization Committee CSOS Islamova sh. informed about the activities of the sector for the first half of 2017.

Then was heard a report on the activities of the Sector to exercise control over the expenditure of funds from international and donor organizations, programmes and results of their implementation of the Committee of KSOS for the first half of 2017. Information provided by the acting Coordinator of the Sector Mateeva V.

Also were presented the activity report of the Secretariat of the Committee of KSOS for the first half of 2017. Relevant information about the work of the Secretariat and the financial results were made by the Executive Secretary of the Committee of CSOS - Temiraliev T. A., together with the Director General of the National red Crescent Society of the Kyrgyz Republic, Alievym, R. J. (fiduciary body).

At the end of the meeting the participants discussed and approved the Draft Internal Rules and procedures of the Committee of CSOS and Draft Operational Handbook Committee XOS.

For the cooperation and active participation in the integration process of CCM in CSOS were awarded honorary diplomas and letters of thanks.
