A national campaign dedicated to the World AIDS Day to prevent HIV infection is being held in Kyrgyzstan.
As part of the month, RC AIDS, together with partners, conducts large-scale testing to determine HIV status in the central markets of Bishkek:
● "Madina" - November 14-15
● "Alamudunsky" - November 16-17
● "Orto-Sai" - November 18-19
● "Osh" - November 20-21
● "Dordoi" - November 22-23.
From 14 to 19 November in Bishkek, a total of about 500 people were tested: at the Madina market - 179; Alamedin - 170; Orto-Sai -120.
We also remind you that the Osh Regional AIDS Center will hold similar events in Osh and Kara-Suu from 18 to 24 November.
The Republican AIDS Center informs that timely detection (testing) for HIV contributes to early diagnosis and prescription of treatment that allows a person to work, study, have healthy children, live a full and unlimited life.
