RC "AIDS" announces a Competition of socially useful projects

RC AIDS of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with Kyrgyz Republic Law "On state social order" and the Regulation on the procedure of competition of socially useful projects in the implementation of state social order, approved by the decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic from December 15, 2017 No. 814, from 28 June to 13 July 2019, announces a Competition of socially useful projects under the Program of state social order in the years 2019-2021 and the Plan of implementation of the program of state social order for 2019.

The necessary documents to the participants:

1. The statement about participation in the tender for the implementation of community projects should be listed legal form of organization, name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address of the organization mobile number of head of the organization and the name of the topic project proposal.

2. The statement on participation in competition, filed on behalf of the consortium must be indicated the legal form, name, mailing address, telephone number, email address of all members of the consortium and the mobile phone number of the head of the organization that acts on behalf of the consortium and the name of the topic project proposal.

3. The application shall be attached the following documents:

1) copy of the certificate of registration of nonprofit organization as a legal entity;

2) a copy of the Charter of the nonprofit organization;

3) description of the organization's activities for the previous year (or, at the request of the participant, for the previous few years) in part implemented activities that coincide with the theme of the contest;

4) copies of education documents and a summary of the artists community project (in cases when the implementation of socially useful project requires the involvement of employees with certain qualifications);

5) statement by a party that a non-profit organization:

a) has no arrears in taxes and insurance premiums for state social insurance;

b) do not have any debt and other liabilities, which could adversely affect the implementation of the public benefit of the project;

6) project proposal and its budget.

7) the statement of the consortium, the documents referred to paragraphs 1-3 and 5 of part 3 of this article, all members of the consortium.

8) bidding documents are divided into:

1) open:

a) a statement about absence of debts on taxes, insurance contributions under state social insurance and other obligations;

b) copies of the software report on the activities of the previous year, of a certificate of registration of the organization as a legal entity, the Charter of the organization;

C) copies of education documents and a resume (curriculum vitae) artists public benefit of the project;

2) closed (confidential) — project proposal and its budget, which are:

a) are provided in a sealed envelope;

b) or sent by e-mail in a scanned form in PDF format in encoded form. Before the consideration of the grant by the Commission of project proposals, the cipher code is sent to the Chairman of the grants Commission at its request by e-mail.
