For information

To date, the Kyrgyz Republic introduced a new, shorter treatment of TB with multiple drug resistance, compared to previous models of treatment more effective. Despite the decline in morbidity and mortality, according to the world health organization (who), tuberculosis remains a serious problem for our country, Kyrgyzstan is among the 30 countries with the highest burden of this disease and with a high level of drug-resistant tuberculosis. One of the reasons is the isolation of patients with tuberculosis treatment because of stigma and discrimination.
