During the conversation, first he congratulated Kyrgyzstan in the person of the Minister with the approval of the application of the country of 23.5 million dollars for overcoming tuberculosis and HIV.

We would also like to have a balanced proper budget that will allow us to have a vision, what will be the funding from the state in 2019-2020, it will help us in the budgeting process of the grant", - said Artashes Mirzoyan.
