On February 24, a workshop of the CSO subcommittee was held, at which new approaches to the payment of salaries under a Global Fund grant were discussed. The UNDP/GF Project Manager LaboAIV I. proposed three payments: payment based on results; this was implemented in HIV projects funded from the mechanism/program, or as part of a grant component of the Global Tuberculosis Fund.

The model should be adapted to the HIV component of the Global Fund grant. The second possible approach is to use the experience of other CHEB countries, rather than personal contributions (personal salaries, administrative expenses, rent, utilities, etc.).B.), conclusion of contracts based on sound activities (for example: clients receiving harm reduction services, clients who have passed testing, newly identified cases HIV, ART patients for 6 months. B.). The third way is to develop and launch the latest "payment by results" model. It ensures the long-term sustainability of prevention and care services provided in Kyrgyzstan. Based on the results of discussions and votes, most members of the society supported Method 2.

The second question was a report on the results of HIV monitoring conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. The report was made by the adviser of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the KR Osmonova A.S. read.
