During the meeting of the Oversight Sector of the CCM Committee held on September 4, 2019, were reviewed the reports of the monitoring visits that were held in May-June 2019. The experts made presentations highlighting the main challenges and risks in achieving the indicators, and shared recommendations that were addressed to HIV / TB organizations and the Main Recipient of the UNDP / GF Project.

The members of the Oversight Sector came to the conclusion that the submitted reports need to be finalized and supplemented with a financial analysis of how effectively the grant funds are being used. It was also proposed to finalize the checklists that the members of the monitoring group use when conducting site visits, in particular, to provide questions that allow analyzing the dynamics of treatment in a particular area (organization) by the number of people who received treatment and% of recovery or deaths.
