16 July 2019 at the centre "AIDS" was held to discuss the situation on HIV in the Northern region. The meeting was attended by coordinator of health, heads and specialists of organizations of health. Addressed the problems and their causes in terms of deterioration:

- the quality of medical services, the coverage of medical observation and treatment of PLHIV, the "losses" of patients, increasing the number of patients who have noted the ineffectiveness of treatment;
control over the possession and consumption of diaGnostic tests and medicines;
control over the conditions of collection and delivery of biomaterials.
From the leaders of health care organizations suggestions were made to address these issues. In addition, planned regional coordinating Council on health, which will further consider the situation on HIV in the region.
