17 APR 2019, the regular meeting of the Committee of KSOS with the new Portfolio Manager of the global Fund Mr. Beaver A.

The main issues of the meeting was hearing the results of the work of experts on preparation of an action Plan to overcome the funding shortfall in 2020, and discussion of the future model of management of the principal recipient for the period 2021-2023гг. Earlier results of the experts ' work were presented at the meeting of the Sector for proposals, resource mobilization and harmonization, the results of which Sector members recommended the adoption of this report.

In addition, at the meeting made a member of the Sector for supervision Mr. Sadykov I. and the national consultant GF Ms. Bolotbaeva A. to expedite the question of the establishment of the TWG with CSOS Plan development on human rights within the framework of preventive programmes on HIV.

Also a member of the Sector for proposals, resource mobilization and harmonization Ms. Shumskaya N.. provided information on the GIZ/Backup Health, the presentation highlighted the key achievements and outputs. Was informed on the beginning of the 2nd Phase of the Project and the proposed action plan, envisaging the strengthening of interaction between all levels of country coordinating mechanisms.
