March 16, held a charity race, dedicated to the world day to combat tuberculosis

16 March 2019 at the stadium of the Kyrgyz State Institute of Physical culture, street of akhunbaeva 97/1, held a charity race, dedicated to the world day against tuberculosis. Registration of participants will commence at 9.00 am.

This event is held in the framework of the month dedicated to the world day against tuberculosis.

The aim of the race is to attract attention of society to problems in TB control, especially stigma and

discrimination against TB patients.

The race is expected to involve representatives of the Ministry of Healthcare, doctors, cured patients,

representatives of international organizations, and many other comers.

The event was organized by the National center of Phthisiology (NCP) and the national center

health promotion (software) under the Ministry of Health of KR in cooperation with international and

local partners (project of USAID TB Challenge ("Challenge TB"), NACP, TB Rep/ Anti-AIDS Association,

AFEW, KADK,I love running, Ololo art studio, Cheery Lady and radio Min Kyiyal)

During the event visitors will be able to get a free pass a TB test, listen to a concert, and get useful information about the disease. Also, will be collecting funds for the needy patients. The event will start at 10.00 hours.
