Association "Partnership network" announces a competition of grant proposals for civil society organizations (CSOS) in Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek and Osh) in the framework of the project "Sustainability of services for key populations in EECA". The project is implemented with financial support from the Global Fund to fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria through an Alliance of public health, Ukraine.
The aim of the project "Sustainability of services for key populations in EECA: Ensuring sustainability of services for the prevention and treatment of HIV for key populations in EECA.
Association "Partnership network" invites you to take part in the competition for grant proposals from NGOs in Osh and Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) who can present their vision on the use of models (Fast-Track Cities) in Osh and Bishkek, to ensure the obligations on financing of programmes for the prevention and treatment of HIV at the level of municipal authorities.
1. Increase the city's obligations to close gaps in response to HIV.
The signing of the Paris Declaration in Osh and Bishkek.
The requirements for participation in the competition:
Applications will be accepted from NGOs of the Kyrgyz Republic (Bishkek and Osh);
From an NGO submit only one application;
A list of documents that you must provide applicants for the grant:
· The completed form of grant proposal;
· A completed budget form;
· Copy of registration certificate of legal entity (without notarization);
· Copy of organization's Charter (without notarization).
· The documents in accordance with the statement of work (Appendix № 1)
Funding of projects in the framework of the contest of the conceptual proposals do not include the cost of salary and office expenses (rent, utilities, etc.) not directly related to the activities of the project and is not intended to support ongoing NGO activities.
Submission of bids:
Starting date for submitting applications: 05 March 2019
End date of application receipt: 20 March 2019
The grant implementation period: April 2019 – 31 December 2021.
